According to this a phenomenon, the Taiwan saving rate glides down year by year, although had the small rise to the recent years, whether the Demographic transition does imply a lower saning rate. Many foreign research explanation Demographic transition influences saving rate. In this research in-depth discussion population structure to intra-household saving rate influence. And so as to confirmation life circulation hypothesis, as well as high income family whether has saved their majority of income. Moreover, this research another issue lies in the discussion family housing choice characteristic, Using forced saving concept to recalculate saving rate, to reconfirms the relation between to housing choice and the household saving rate. The findings showed the demography firmly can affect the household saving rate. But the elder dependent population influence did not expectation according to us. Moreover, we find an age profile of life cycle saving with two troughs, proposes the doubt regarding the life circulation hypothesis. Finally, regardless of in ordinary or under the forced saving definition in the tenant family all has the relative higher deposit rate.
