Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 93 === The waterborne polyurethane was synthesized to achieve antistatic finishing application for polyester fabrics. The test results indicated that some antistatic agents from this work had durable antistatic effect to polyester fabrics. The waterborne polyurethane was also synthesized to achieve wrinkle-resistant application for pure cotton fabrics. The experimental results showed that the treated cotton fabrics have a remarkably increase in wrinkle-resistant behavior. The waterborne polyurethane/clay nanocomposites were synthesized by intercalating organoclay. The clay was organically modified with the RF-751 swelling agent. The WAXD test results showed that the 2θvalue of the clay and organomodified clay are 7.88 and 4.7, respectively. The d-spacing of organomodified clay was increased to 0.76 nm, the result indicated the organic modification of the clay is successful and the clay is intercalated or exfoliated in waterborne polyurethane/clay nanocomposites. Thermal properties and mechanical propreties were characterized with TGA、DSC and tensile tester. The thermal properties and mechanical propreties were improved in some of the waterborne polyurethane/clay nanocomposites.
