Summary:碩士 === 大同大學 === 機械工程學系(所) === 93 === The research mainly study mechanism design and thermal fluid analysis of β type Stirling Engines using rhombic drive, we have designed and manufactured rhombic drive and crank mechanism of Stirling Engines each one. First of all, we finished the design of Stirling Engine using crank mechanism, and getting objective function from choosing Stirling Engine using crank mechanism with better performance to get displacement curve of displacer and piston. Using simplified conjugate-gradient method to design the dimensions of Stirling Engines using rhombic drive. Finally, we tested the operation performance of the two Stiring engine using crank mechanism and rhombic drive. In addition, the part of numerical simulation of thermal fluid is using the dynamic mesh of FLUENT and dynamic simulation of mechanism is using MSC. visualNastran Desktop to accomplish. This research tries to combine thermal fluid analysis and dynamic simulation of mechanism to study Stirling cycle and set up the technique of Stirling Engine using rhombic drive .
