Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程學系 === 93 === The objective of this study was to discuss the effect of thermomechanical treatment and annealing against aluminum alloys containing scandium (Al-Zn-Mg-Cu). The experiment comprised thermomechanical treatment and annealing. The thermomechanical treatment allows L-Cu (Copper content 0.97 wt %) and H-Cu (Copper content 1.42 wt %) to evaluate compression ratio of 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% with or without aging treatment respectively . After compression process and artificial aging effect, material get strength mechanical property with precipitation hardening. The main aim of the annealing is to study the effect of mechanical property and microscopic structure to Sc contents Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy by imposing different annealing, and obtains best formation condition. With the annealing eliminating the effect of hardening by thermal treatment or cooling after hot working. To reveal the contents of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy for Sc protrusion material in verifying from elongation property, micro-hardness and microstructure observation. The material was operated with 425℃ solution 2hr and cooling to 230℃ 6hr.
