To liste and arrange the best grain proportion of concrete material, the regeneration count, by experinet group to reducing the consumption of concrete material ,we get to recycled concrete security, durability and the workability most influential and best matching at the same time.The “The Effect of Densified Mixture Design Algorithm “, apparatus to analysis concrete include magnetism brick (0% - 15% - 30%), flying dust and stove stone , the recycled particulate material (0%, 15%, 30%) And the red brick (0%, 15%, 30%) Replace regeneration thick grains of material, study above-mentioned three material to recycled concrete security, durability, person who work influence. Using The Taguchi Experimental Design and Grey Relational Analysis is according with recycled concrete person who work to calculate out, the security and durability can reach the rightest matching ' A1B2C2D2E2F2 ' that melted, matching this examine data certain looks that get than on to is it it compares to be outstanding to worthy of other group on every experiment project, show no matter working, security and durability can reach certain level at the same time. Stove stone replace proportion , The proportion of stove stone replace ceunt, the quantity is it appears to be 20% is the best, when excessive replacing amount, stove of stone, will make the recycled concrete produce and congeal time to lengthen, the early intensity will be reduced, the mobility at 20% the amount of cement replaced via this research experiment (working), and the intensity of a recycled concrete has good growth on 56 days.
