At present the agricultural facility culture must be in remote areas or in large areas with a small population sometimes because of the cost and because of the cultural environmental factors. Because telecommunication companies either consider the cost or are unable to lay the circuit, or because the circuit is so long that the signals usually decay, etc, the internet, if controlled by internet itself, can not be used extensively, which leads to a situation that culture keepers need to stand by in the working place for a long time and the usage of manpower lacks flexibility. The study I propose utilizes the transmitting function of Short Message Service of the GSM system to gather the environmental parameters of the crop production, to make wireless transmition, to use remote control equipment, and to make the use of manpower more flexible and efficient.
