The management of the supply chain is to help the coordinated integration among the enterprises. From the upstream supplier network to the downstream customer side, it constructs the coordination mechanism in the information integration and the sharing of information. To achieve the greatest benefit in the whole of the supplier network depends on the optimization of combination in the suppliers. However, the partner selection in the network of the suppliers is a kind of complicated problem, and there is no absolutely a suitable solving way. So this study will apply the Assembly Line Balance technology to build a partner selection model of the supply chain network, and to construct a mathematics model of the partner selection in the supply chain for the transportation time among the suppliers. Using the Genetic Algorithms to find the smallest Fitness Function produces the optimum combination of the suppliers in the supply chain network. By the partner selection in the supply chain will produce a effective operation with the satellite centre manufacturers.
