The geometric forms were used as the basic design elements cooperated with fabric folding, braiding & combing, slicing and reconstruction. Various types of three-dimensional textures were created on fabrics, then shaping these innovative and reconstructive fabric pieces directly on the dress form without using any design sketches as before. New fashion styles were created through this new clothing modeling methodology. These creativities and innovations can be explored further by varying fiber contents, configuration of fibers, fabric constructions and finishing/coloring/surface-design of fabrics in the future.
