Those situations lead to highly competition and middle and small sized game companies face out of industry. This article is written from the angle of strategic group and match the characters of on-line game industry to construct proper strategy dimensions, meanwhile analyse unique strategies of each groups for future companies conduct reference. The results of this study are listing as follows: (1) Based on different strategic dimensions, we can cluster eleven companies in Taiwan on-line game firms into three strategic groups. (2) The three strategic groups are significant difference in the strategy of diversification. (3) The three strategic groups are significant difference in the strategy of Product. (4) The three strategic groups are significant difference in the strategy of Strategic Alliance. (5) The three strategic groups are significant difference in the strategy of Service. (6) The three strategic groups are significant difference in the strategy of Acquisition and Merge.
