Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益技術學院 === 化工與材料工程系 === 94 === In this research, we will discuss structure defect and photocatalytic activity under visible light of photocatalyst prepared by different catalyst of organic acid in the sol-gel process, calcined temperature, calcined atmosphere and the modification effect. We used sol-gel method to prepare titanium dioxide with some impurity like carbon or nitrogen and used different kind of organic acid for catalyst, the photocatalyst was calcined in air or argon to prepared photocatalytic activity under visible light. The titanium dioxide particle used acetic acid for catalyst and calcined in air at 200℃ had the best result of NOx degradation. The NOx remove ratio in blue light is 50%, in green light is 42% and in red light is promoted to 35%. The UV-visible spectrum showed that adding different kind of organic acid would help to improve absorption of visible light. The FT-IR spectrum showed organic acid bonded to the titanium during gel situation. Using the measurement of XPS showed the carbon ratio of element composition was more than common photocatalyst (UV100).
