We study basic leaders by asking question and use the statistics software SPSS 10.0 version. Then we analyze the result to explain the degree of work stress and organization commitment. The senior official can understand the result and plan a measure to express basic leaders’ work stress and raise the organization commitment to military police organization. We come up with 398 basic leaders for the questionnaire with 357 successful returned basic leaders, the return percent is 89.70%. Acquired information is analyzed of Descriptive Statistics Analysis, t-Test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson Correlation Coefficien. After empirical analysis, we have come to the conclusion as below: 1.The cognitive differences of basic leader on job stress differ significantly according to gender, age, connubiality, education background, department, baronetcy, class and martial education. 2.The organizational commitment of basic leader differ significantly according to education background, class and seniority. 3.Job stress and organizational commitment of high-class basic leaders show a positive relationship, as their work stress more and the organizational commitment more. 4.Job stress and organizational commitment of low-class basic leaders show a negative relationship, as their work stress more and the organizational commitment less. ben-chu su 孫本初 先生 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 133 zh-TW
