There are two major characteristics on conceptual design. 1. Turn the demand of the customers to the medium of the engineering requirement. 2. Determine the rationality and reliability for the manufacturability of the products. However, with the influence of opening of market and intellectual property rights, the problem on patent should be faced by the enterprise in order to expand the market of the products. Besides, if the embodiment stage of the conceptual design does not include the consideration of manufacture afterwards, it will cause the difficulty of embodiment. To sum up the points mentioned above, there are two purposes for this study: (1) Integrate the patented avoidance design and TRIZ innovative rule -- Firstly, the matter - field method is utilized to simplify the patent information to information required for design. Through the graphical method, the designer can accurately discover the problem of design. Next, the rule of avoidance design is utilized to perform the design. In order to ensure the system functionality of the produced draft can function normally, the innovative rule provided by rule of unique characteristic is utilized to confirm the design. This reduces the loss of functionality (worsen). (2) To rebuild of the Failure Mode and the appraisal list of Effects Analysis caused by the change of the design. The cost analysis is also performed -- put forward the CFMEA (Cost Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). The re-established appraisal list is utilized. Therefore, the designer can explore the possible design parameters, which may affect the cost during the stage of conceptual design, and make necessary modification in suitable time. This can lower the cost and increase the possibility for embodiment of design. In order to verify the feasibility and rationality of this research, the avoidance design of the air nail gun is utilized as the case to study. This proves that the new avoidance design can reduce the time required for the patient avoidance design, increase the stability of the designed system, and confirm the possibility for embodiment of designed system. 王中行 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 136 zh-TW |
