According to the project life cycle, this research proposed a method to evaluate and improve the project quality with Quality Function Deployment (QFD) combining the seven main approaches of quality management.
This research achieves the goals as following:
1. For purpose of avoiding the unnecessary time waste and unexpected cost, project managers and customers are able to control and supervise the quality on each stage of project life cycle to meet the customers’ need and expectation.
2. Developing a set of appraisal forms provides the managers to judge the project quality effectively and overall.
3. Combing the seven main approaches of quality management can improve and enhance the over all project management.
