Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所 === 94 === A Study of Performance and Predicament with Strategies for Implementing Sustainable Campus of Public Elementary Schools in Taipei County by Fen Ke Abstract This research aims at realizing the effectiveness on implementing Sustainable Campus, the predicament faced and the current strategy on solving this predicament. The research method is based on the questionnaire inquiry method. Interview method is also used to assist in developing the research. The subjects of this research are principals, deans of teaching affairs, deans of student affairs, deans of general affairs, deans of student consulting and teachers. The subjects mentioned above are asked to answer the questionnaire. 720 questionnaires are dispatched and 635 are returned and proof effective. The ratio of the questionnaires returned and proof effective is 88.6%. The research data are analyzed respectively using item analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and comparison analysis. The major findings are as followings: 1. The level of the effectiveness of Sustainable Campus Environmental Education and the implementation effectiveness of Green Architectures in Taipei County is middle-high. 2. The point of view from educational personnel with different fields of administrative tasks at elementary school in Taipei County found unanimously that the implementation effectiveness of “School Environmental Education’s Management” is best comparing to the other aspects on Environmental Education. 3. The point of view from educational personnel with different fields of administrative tasks at elementary school in Taipei County found unanimously that the implementation effectiveness of “Healthy Indicators” is superlative to the other aspects on Green Architectures in Sustainable Campus. 4. In the variable of educational personnel’s background at elementary school in Taipei County, the implementation effectiveness on Environmental Education in Sustainable Campus has significant distinction in different “gender”, “administrative tasks taken”, “scale of school”, “school history” and the “location of school”. 5. In the variable of educational personnel’s background at elementary school in Taipei County, the implementation effectiveness on Green Architectures in Sustainable Campus has significant distinction in different “administrative tasks taken”, “highest educational diploma”, “scale of school”, “school history” and the “location of school”. 6. The biggest predicament faced at elementary school in Taipei County are lacking in expert advice. 7. The best strategy for predicament-solving at elementary school in Taipei County is to “implement the items needless to spend money”.
