In the preparation of gold/silver core/shell nanoparticles、this research had demonstrated that employ different concentration of gold seed can produce different size of gold/silver core/shell nanoparticles. Moreover、change order of medicament、addition rate of reluctant、and addition opportune moment of reluctant was successfully manufactured gold/silver core/shell nanoparticles which are shape sphere and size distribution narrow. In the preparation of -irradiation reduction of silver nanoparticles、this research successfully utilized -irradiation reduction silver nanoparticles. By change concentration of sodium citrate、amount of ethanol alcohol and dose of -irradiation、we obtained silver nanoparticles which are different shape and size distribution. In the preparation of gold nanoparticle multilayer、this work had successfully manufactured 1、3、5、7、and 10 gold nanoparticles multilayer. Furthermore、cooperate with spin coating could reached densely deposition of gold nanoparticles and we had demonstrated that thickness of layers are direct ratio to number of layers.
