Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 成人及繼續教育所 === 95 === The purpose of this study is to disuss the relationshe between self-directed learning readiness and teacher efficacy of elementary school teachers in Tainan County.In order to achieve the objetive of this study,the methods of literature review about the correlated themes were first adopted,and then this study proceeded to do the first draft questionnaire survey.After the processes of item and factor analysis from the prior test,the research instrument------“The questionnaire of the study of the relationship between self-directed learning and teacher efficacy of elementary school teachers in Tainan County”was formed according to the above analysis.Afterward,all schools here were divided into several parts to do cluster sampling.The survey subjects included teachers from elementary schools in Tainan County,315 teachers were sampled through the way of random. The rate of retrieve was 93% and the valid samples were 286 copies,exclusive of the ineffective samples.The research data acquired was analyzed by SPSS for Windows 10.0 version based on the research purpose. Findings from the analysis are summarized as follows: 1.Elementary school teachers have high self-directed learning readiness in this study,especially in the layer of ”fond learning”.Comparison with this,the layer of ”self-examination & application” isn’t very good. 2.In teachers’ teacher efficacy, the layer of” teaching planning” is the best;however, the layer of” professional growth”still needs to be enhanced. 3.Those who are men, teachers also having charge of administration and the number of school classes are「25-59」have higher self-directed learning readiness. 4.The higher self-directed leaching readiness the teachers have, the higher teacher efficacy they have. 5.The teachers’ self-directed learning readiness have a good forecast in their teacher efficacy;especially, the layer of ”self-examination & application” has the best forecast in teacher efficacy. According to the conclusions of this study,the further suggestions were provided to : 1. The department of educational administration. 2. Elementary schools. 3. Elementary school teachers. 4. Those who want to research this field.
