But works as the staff opinion obtains when takes, whether can have out-side the staff role behavior? Therefore the nature is, research question this research is as follows: The enterprise staff consciousness manager when carries on the paternalistic leadership, whether can affect staff's supervisor communication quality? Can the enter-prise staffs to leaders in communication time upward communication quality, whether affect staff's organization citizenship behavior? Furthermore, enterprise staffs whether after the penetration and the team manager's supervisor communication quality, can to the manager when carries on the paternalistic leadership, has the better organization citizenship behavior performance? This research picks the questionnaire survey procedure, take facilitates the sam-pling way to extract from staffs of Fu-bong Group Company, Law Insurance Broker Co. Ltd. and so on financial jobholders as the sample, altogether provides 500 questionnaire, recycles 417, the returns-ratio 83.4%, after deducts the invalid questionnaire, the actual effective questionnaire is 348, effective questionnaire returns-ratio 69.6%.The main discovery is as follows: In (1) paternalistic leadership the benevolence leadership and the moral leadership have the forward influence effect to the supervisor communication quality, but the authoritarianism leadership has the negative influence effect to the su-pervisor communication quality; (2) paternalistic leadership regarding organization citizenship behavior also to have the remarkable influence effect; (3) supervisor com-munication quality regarding organization citizenship behavior in the paternalistic lead-ership to have the intermediary effect.
