| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 事業經營研究所碩士在職專班 === 95 === In recent years, because of the demand of global market competition, the international scholars of management had changed their views from the western management patterns to the Chinese style. Especially in the thought of “The analects of Confucius”, it has aroused great interests, and has widely applied in enterprise management and political administration.
This article about the enterprise operator’s thought on “The analects of Confucius”. The purposes of this study include the followings’: First, by examining the results of the literature on the business administration in different fields, the current study aims to understand the impact of “The analects of Confucius” using in the enterprise operations and management. Second, we want to discuss the management idea hidden in the thought of ‘benevolence’, and ‘rite’ in “The analects of Confucius”. Finally, by way of collecting the reports about Uni.President Enterprises Corporation (UPEC) Mr. Kao Chin.Yen, the study further tried to investigate the application in the management idea from “The analects of Confucius”.
The results of this study are quite intuitive but valuable, which indicate that the top management must have virtue and literacy being a paradigm or model role for their employee.
