Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 95 === The whole Insurance Industry in Taiwan is facing some problems: reducing of persistency, increasing costs, customer service, customer complaint, training costs, lavishing resources of company and society, those caused by production diversification, marketing channels, market demands, competitions, and highly losing retention rate of the sales person. Therefore, this research focuses on solving those problems by building up an efficient inner training system. A subject of this research is based on analyzing the case study of insurance company. In order to conclude a fine-tuned inner training system, this paper referenced by discussions of the technical literature, data collection, analysis, ISO10015 (Quality of Training) and BSC (Balanced Scorecard) will be the main point to analyzes a case study of the inner training system of the insurance company by four frames (Finance, Client, Inner procedures and Learning). Those frames compos up an inner training that conforms to ISO 10015 and BSC. The case study of the insurance company will still be traced on this research to estimate that the performance and the retention rate of sales person. And those analyses contributing to the related research of BSC also suit to other enterprises for references and estimations.
