碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 工業與資訊管理學系碩博士班 === 95 === In recent years, green supply chain management has become important to ensure that production network could provide environmentally conscious green products. Initiating green supply chain management practices would increase costs of the enterprise. In view of this, I explore the relationship among green purchasing, green production, design for environment, organizational performance and competitiveness, expecting to provide some meaningful suggestions to the enterprise’s manager. To collect data by questionnaires survey is the main tool for this study.Based on the study purpose, the characteristics of investigated dimensions and the collected data out of those questionnaires, data were analyzed by statistical method with SPSS software as tool for statistical analysis. The results found：(1) green purchasing, green production and design for environment, can affect organizational performance positively and significantly; (2) green purchasing, green production and design for environment, can affect competitiveness positively and significantly. (3) a strong correlation among green purchasing, green production and design for environment was verified.
