What’s more, from the viewpoint of Chinese culture, go into deep discussion and generalization about the topic. Nationality aviation is in the environment molded by western technology, so we can just only be institutionalized on the system and the regulation. When it does not accord with western quality inspection because of the influence of Chinese culture, we need to explore which aspect the variability is expanded to, whether becoming adapted to the presenting is for adjusting to culture, and what kind of advantage and disadvantage would appear. From the viewpoint of flight safety and on-line inspection, take the cognitive ability of the nationality professional staffs in flight operation toward the loss of the uncontrolled system, try to define the systematic grade of risk in the aircraft system, and join practically to observe and collect cases in on-line maintenance. This research evidence shows, Nationality Personnel judge from the systematic risk, operation pressure, equipment limited. Finding ' the risk ' is the basis leading. Verify is even more environmental impact decision in on-line maintenance. The further explanation behavior comes from cultural essence. To make are related on maintenance decision and authoritative culture.
