碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 地球科學系(暑期)教學碩士學位班 === 95 === This research involves secondary school earth science teachers of Taiwan as the research participates and investigates the current teaching status and the disparity between the ideal and actual teaching in terms of earth science educational goals. The result of study shows that: (1) only a few schools have sufficient equipment; (2) the percentage of teachers who agree with the current curriculum guidelines is not high and most classroom teachers still mainly use traditional lectures; (3) the rankings of the educational objective, regardless of teaching status, are quite unanimous from teachers’ views; (4) the more teachers agree with the curriculum guidelines, the less differences between teachers’ ideal and actual goals of earth science education.
