This study examines the survey of the special education teachers in junior high schools and elementary schools in Kaohsiung-Pingtung area. In-depth understanding of different personality characteristic of teachers for work satisfaction with the work stress on the status and impact of his departure orientation degree. Questionnaire information to descriptive statistics, t-test, single-factor analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, Multiple regression analysis of statistical methods for analysis. The main findings are as follows : 1. Special education teachers’personality characteristic, work satisfaction, work stress and turnover intention in different variables under no significant difference. 2. Special education teachers’personality characteristic and six dimensions of work satisfaction no significant relationship. 3. Special education teachers’personality characteristic and six dimensions of work stress no significant relationship. 4. Special education teachers’personality characteristic and turnover intention were significant relationship. 5. Special education teachers’six dimensions of work satisfaction and turnover intention were significant negative relationships. 6. Special education teachers’ six dimensions of work stress and turnover intention were significant positive relationship. 7. Special education teachers’personality characteristic, work satisfaction, work stress on the turnover intention is a significant predictor of ability. 8. Among special education teachers’ personality characteristic variables, the outside control of the personality characteristic on the turnover intention with a significant predictor of ability. 9. Among Special education teachers’work satisfaction variables, a teaching work satisfaction on the turnover intention with the most significant predictor of ability. Second leading to higher satisfaction. 10. Special education teachers’work stress variables, to the professional growth of stress on the most significant departure tendency forecast ability. followed by teaching management pressure.
