To understand the defaulting situation of SMEG’s customers, I try to find out the variables that affect default and regard them as the future points to reduce the defaulting guarantee by collecting companies’ forms, types, scales-capital, ages, last average ratio of liability, focused percent of sale, last income, loan amount, owners’ educational level, owners’ sex and owners’ experience. The research appears that last average ratio of liability, focused percent of sale, last income, owners’ sex and owners’ experience have obvious influences. Last average ratio of liability, focused percent of sale, last income and owners’ sex belong to positive relations; only owners’ experience belongs to the negative relation. The most dangerous enterprises adding their basic characteristic as follows: 1. The forms of companies belong to single ventured and limited ones. 2. Enterprises of the owners whose educational levels are senior high school and colleges. 3. Enterprises of the owners whose sex is male. 4. Enterprises that have high ratio liability. 5. Enterprises that have high focused percent sale. 6. Enterprises that have high income. 7. Enterprises of the owners who have less experience. Key words: small and medium enterprises, credit guarantee, default, non-performing loans, Logistic regression model 陳穎峰 林豪傑 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW
