In the research activate,it is discovered that the quartz changes phase at 573℃, but the LGS in the high temperature is not changed when temperature is 1470℃, The LGS also has the good stability and electromechanical coupling coefficients,it can use for the sound wave component(SAW,BAW). This paper adopts the Czochralski Method,it is succeed to produce the first single crystal of Langasite in Taiwan,It is also the first single crystal of Langasite for academic field.Due to Taiwan’s industry is not development this technology,it has the following causes,1. The growth environments,2.The demand of germanium is very big,and rather expensive,3. Requirements of industry field.Because Russia,the USA, and Japan already adopt LGS to implement device,but our industry field have no such development.This paper will research and develop the LGS relation technology and produce the raw material by ourselves in ROC Taiwan,May it can produce a high performance and low cost crystal of LGS,it will also contribute to our industry upgrade. 無 毛大喜 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 105 zh-TW
