The goals of this study are as follows: 1. To research the level of Job Satisfaction and Employee Morale after implementing Six Sigma. 2. To understand whether these are different degrees of job satisfaction and employee morale based on variables among employees. 3. To understand the influences on job satisfaction and Employee Morale after cocern implementing Six Sigma. This study adopts the method of investigation through questionnaires, 200 questionnaires were distributed and 119 effective ones were returned, SPSS version 10.0(Statistical software)was utilized to conduct Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Independent Samples T-Test, Analysis of Variance, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis for the hypotheses of this study. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The different degrees of employee has a significant influence on Employee Morale. 2. There is a significant relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Morale among employee who accepted the Six Sigma training.
