The Study of the Elementary School Teachers’Satisfaction and Re-option Intention of Outdoor Teaching Destination---A Case of Tai-Yi Ecological Educational Leisure Farm

碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系碩士班 === 96 === The purpose of this study is to explore the difference of satisfaction showed by teachers of different backgrounds toward the destination of outdoor teaching, and the relation between the satisfaction showed by elementary school teachers toward the destination of outdoor teaching and the re-option intention. The conclusion and suggestion has been brought up accordingly. It is hoped that advice for improvements in management could be provided for the business owner. The targets receiving the tests in this study were the elementary school teachers who had brought their students to Tai-Yi Ecological Education Resort for outdoor teaching. With the tool “Questionnaire for the satisfaction showed by elementary school teachers toward the destination of outdoor teaching and re-option intention” in this study, the research and investigation had been conducted. The number of issued questionnaires was 232, while the number of returned and effective questionnaires was 225; the ratio of returned and effective questionnaires was 96％. Meanwhile, the gathered data was compiled for statistics and analyzed. According to the results and discoveries from analyzing the questionnaires, some conclusions have been induced: (1) the difference of satisfaction showed by teachers of different backgrounds toward the destination of outdoor teaching was significant merely in some parts; (2) the entire satisfaction showed by teachers toward the destination of outdoor teaching has significant influence on forecasting re-option intention. According to the result of this study, we have found that the satisfaction showed by teachers toward the services and facilities provided by the business owner was not as expected as it should be before their departures. The parts that disappointed the teachers most were:” the safety facilities in fire control equipment and emergency exits”,” whether the instructions and signs are clear and easy to understand”, “the appropriateness of arrangements for two-days back-up activities”, “ the content and flavors of meals provided in the park” and “the arrangements for the activity of answering for prizes”. The foregoing parts would be threat to the business owner’s management and development, and these parts should get improvements immediately. Besides, the satisfaction in “curriculum arrangement” has the most significant influence on forecasting the re-option intention; therefore, the business owner should grasp this advantage to enhance its service quality.
