Still need to prove and clear, this research result provide enterprise organizes high level administra-tion personnel and let the human resource unit to understanding, how to improve sug-gestion with references. This research is focus on north regional company, and invitation our relative and friend to be our reseach object help us to prove, and we can easy to get the sample. Amounts to give off 465 questionnaires, and received effective questionnaire amounted to 362, feedback rate total 77.8%. The data analysis employed in this research include the factor analysis, single factor variant analysis(One-Way ANOVA), Pearson correlated analysis, multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and so on. This research finding, organizational formalization has a significant positive corre-lation with job burnout; organizational centralization has a significant negative correla-tion with job burnout; organizational formalization has a significant positive correlation with leadership style; organizational centralization has a significant positive correlation with leadership style; leadership style has a significant positive correlation with job burnout; leadership style has partial intermediary effect between organizational formal-ization and organizational centralization and job burnout. .
