According to the system need and use the optics simulate software “Zemax” to make a optimize action to get the best optical performance. The lens acquires finally of infrared zoom lens is compose of six lens, it’s equivalent focal length is 130~450mm, the range of FOV are 8 degree to 26 degree. the Distortion is less than one percentage, On axis of MTF is greater than 0.2 when spatial frequency at 10 lp/mm, Off axis of MTF is greater than 0.4 when spatial frequency at 10 lp/mm, the range of temperature compensate for 20℃ to 60℃. In design process use quality control method--- FMEA (Failure Mode for Effect Analysis) for process control of optic design. It’s including first order design and optimization process and assure of design quality. The zoom lens designs will be applied to the image type radiometer on this thesis.
