| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 醫務管理學系碩士班 === 96 === It is a common problem for revisiting by patients in the Emergency department. The object of this study is to know the revisit reasons, the dealt methods for the revisit patients, and the act on the hospital. Qualitative research uses for the study. Ten doctors participate in the study. After interviewing, the records are coded and grouped by data analysis. The revisit reasons are included four factors; patient- related, doctor-related, hospital-related, and disease-related. The most accepted reason is patient not better after doctor visiting. Other reasons include psychological factors, doctor visiting, medicine dependent, medical certificate application, and other illness. The revisit patients are dealt with make re-check, interrogation enquiry and examines the medical record. Doctors think revisiting may due to some problems just like worse relationship between doctor and patient. The emergency medical treatment is on the first medical line. The discussion of revisiting reasons provides a reference for the hospital superintendent to manage the emergency medical treatment.
