First, the study takes relative theories, lectures and the management for personnel administrators of Taoyuan County to construct the body of the study and questionnaire survey. Second, find current condition for personnel administrators working full-time job satisfaction. Finally, exam whether the differences exist for different variables in job satisfaction. And most of studies for job satisfaction were emphasized on individual variable and environmental variable seldom investigated the relation between job satisfaction and job performance. As result, the study take job performance into consideration and further more to investigate the relation between job satisfaction and job performance. Then understand the relation more clearly and supply reference to relative organization. Data were analyzed using the method of SPSS included Descriptive Statistics, Reliability Statistics, Tabulated Statistics, Chi-square Test, and Pearson's Correlation Statistics. The major findings were: 1.Significant difference existed among the individual and environmental for job satisfaction. 2. In the personnel administrators working full-time job satisfaction in junior high and elementary school of Taoyuan County, the “human relationship” is the most satisfied, and the “inspection of promotion” is the least satisfied. 3. The overall job satisfaction has positive relation with the job performance. 4. From the analysis of half open section finding that: the” time management of teacher ”was most hard to do; the” work of personnel ” was the training need the most; “meeting to convey rules” was the most efficient way ; the” the exam of personnel rules and personnel work should be held separately ” was more appropriate. The job satisfaction of personnel would affect the job performance, as a result to increase the job satisfaction of personnel would increase the working efficiency and the serving quality, and further to achieve the goals of organization and individual.
