The core of the production is used is polyisocyanurate (PIR) composite metal plate which is supplied by I DOMAIN Engineering Group. Normally, the materials are installed as the curtain walls for various requirements. I DOMAIN composite panels are characteristic of thermal insulation, the waterproofing, and load-bearing. There are several parameters, such as the operating temperature, the pressure, and the time of a laminator, influencing the manufacture processing. In experimental tests, the test composite sample should construct by different materials with various thickness. The composition of the test sample is consist of I DOMAIN composite panel, Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA), solar cell, EVA, and tempered glass without iron. The sample will set in the laminator for packing processing. It could get the optimization parameters for setting the laminator by The conduction theorem. Because the smallest thickness of composite metal panels is bigger than inside space of laminator. After discussion with manufacturer, we decided to do the best welding temperature and light transmittance of composite sample first. We get the best welding temperature of test sample is 420℃. After laminated, the efficiency of test sample increase about 0.32 watt. Before laminated, the light transmittance of test sample is around 91%. After laminated, the light transmittance of test sample is around 97%.
