Summary:碩士 === 立德大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 96 === The purpose of this research is to discuss the innovative adopter’s categorization and characteristic of military, public and teaching personnel, and level of attention on the innovation characteristic. The result of this research will provide the enterprise and sale representatives with the sale and strategic reference. This research discovers that in the adopting phase of innovative adopter, the military tilts to the late majority to follow the innovation. The public official and teaching personnel are the early majority to go with adoptive phase. On the average, the military, public and teaching personnel tilt to the early majority phase and after investigation, they have quiet difference in the innovation adopter’s characteristic within individual categorization. On the other hand, the research shows that the military, public and teaching personnel have different level of emphasis on the innovation characteristic. The military emphasizes on the complexity and the public official has more attention on the compatibility. The teaching personnel emphasizes the most on the relative advantage. On the average, the military, public and teaching personnel put emphasis on the relative advantage and have difference on the emphasis level.
