碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 政治經濟學研究所 === 96 === Taiwan and South Korea are both export-oriented developmental states in East Asia. Owing to their similar political and economic background, many organizations of both two states, such as public and private sectors, are also quite alike. Among these organizations, intermediate organizations will be mainly discussed in this thesis. It is known that, between these two sectors, there seem to be many problems like receiving unbalanced information, going forward to different policies directions, and so on. With the comparison of the two states in their resembling intermediate organizations existing in trading public and private sectors through the developmental states theories, it can be further realized what reasons might affect the location of trading intermediate organizations. Furthermore, the role and location of the trade intermediate organizations will be discussed through these assisting cases which match the industries orientation directed by public sector and private sector. This information facilitates us to know hinders and prospects of the development of the intermediate organizations in Taiwan. Last but not the least, intermediate organizations in developmental states are getting more influences from public sectors. Although they won’t be eliminated in the future, crisis of substitution exist. However, the international setting gets limited by international politics. Furthermore, intermediate organizations which exert government policies will get different orientation with dissimilar role of the business among developmental states.
