Data of this case study were mainly collected through deep interviews with the student with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and his significant others, including grandparents, teachers, assistant teacher, physical therapist, occupational therapist and classmates in the school. Other related data were collected by analyzing documents of the case student and by observing in classes. The findings of this study revealed as follows: 1. The major special service needs of the student with Duchenne muscular dystrophy were needs of mobility, assistive technology, professional team-work, self-care, appropriate learning environment, adjusted teaching methods, welfare services and transition services. 2. The data revealed that the supports didn’t totally meet the student’s special education service needs. Some needs had already obtained, and some were partly meet the needs; however, the others had never satisfied. The study provoked the researcher’s deep thinking on the following area: 1. A Student with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in the regular schools also provided learning opportunity for the services providers in the special education and executions of the school administration. 2. School teachers should respond that the way to play completely their roles in teaching and the attitudes on the inclusion education. 3. Currently the regular school environments are not totally suited for all types of students with different special needs. Therefore, to ensure the successful inclusion education for all kinds students with special needs,, it is very important to provide barrier-free school environment, to have a sound school administration that support inclusion education, and to offer positive and responsible special service supports according to the student’s needs. Finally, suggestions on special education administration and teaching services, and the future study were proposed.
