(B) to know the situation of job involvement with Hualien County police officers. (C) the relationship of job satisfaction and job involvement. (D) the relationship of personal property to job satisfaction, job involvement.Use random sample to the Hualien County Police Bureau, which is the 1,169 police personnel were samples, reference the Minnesota Satisfaction Scale (MSQ) of short-scale, to preparation the questionnaire, use cross-sectional survey, a total of 240 questionnaires were made 235 valid questionnaires response rate was 97.9%. Hualien County Police Bureau and police personnel serving in the police work in the screening of 20 years or more senior officers in the selection of the implementation of nine-depth interviews. The results and findings were as follows: A. Police personnel is belonging to a general degree of job satisfaction, for the current work , the dimensions of " General job satisfaction " is higher degree of job satisfaction. B. Police personnel is belonging to a general degree of job involvement, for the current work , the dimensions of " Concentrate on work " is higher degree of job involvement. C. The job satisfaction and job involvement of police officers’ showed a positive correlation. D. The police officers’ personal attributes of job satisfaction there was no significant difference, but of job involvement in the "nature of service units", "current duties" and "rank" hree attributes, because of the different variables, while The existence of significant differences. E. Based on the survey data analysis and depth interviews with the outcome of the current work of police personnel provided by the promotion prospects are not satisfied. F. Analysis of the survey based on statistics, a small number of specialized units such as the Foreign Affairs Police and Juvenile Police, their job satisfaction and job involvement than that in the Administration Police. Finally, based on research findings, the system innovation and management organizations, provide appropriate measures proposed, as police extended Arsenal's reference work, and make follow-up study on the possible direction.
