Due to the importance of the work ethic, the study aims to understand the attitude and behavior of employees who work at K-Bank by analyzing data collected from related literature; the Delphi Method was applied and interviews with experts and scholars were carried out. The study framework was based on the theory of planned behavior. 272 valid questionnaires were received and analyzed by SPSS 13.0. The results show: 1. No significant influence of the ethical behavioral intention on employees’ attitude; 2. No significant influence of the ethical behavioral intention on employees’ subjective norms; 3. Significant influence of the ethical behavioral intention on employees’ perceived behavioral control; 4. No significant influence of their past experience on the ethical behavioral intention; 5. Consistent between the behavioral intention and the practical behavior with the ethical concept; 6. Significant variation in commitment to work ethic due to gender; 7. Significant variation in commitment to work ethic due to age; 8. Significant variation in commitment to work ethic due to the education level; 9. Significant variation in commitment to work ethic due to the work seniority; 10. Significant variation in commitment to work ethic due to the annual income; 11. Significant variation in commitment to work ethic due to the position.
