According to the demands of the customers, many kinds of type are developed, such as mountain climbing, stunt shows. Generally, the pursuit of bicycle frame design are function and shape, but ignoring the strength of bicycle structure. In view of this, the purpose of this study is to use Kansei engineering as starting point to explore the relative stress and strain of bicycle structure, the fracture analysis is also studied. This study the bicycle structure shape is defined by lively parameter of Kansei engineering firstly. Then, the solid model of bicycle structure is established by CATIA, and force model under the conditions of bicycle knocking the barrier is set. Then, the finite element analysis is executed by the software “ANSYS”, with different bicycle structure, with different impact. In addition, fracture analysis with the accelerating loads. Finally, the equations for the stress and strain of bicycle structure are obtained by regression analysis of lively parameters and stress-strain data.
