The employees of the units of military non-staple food supply were surveyed and SPSS Program was used for the factor analysis, the reliability analysis, the t-test, the single-factor analysis of variance, and the multiple regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. The results of the research are: 1.The gender and the working years are significantly related to the cognition of organizational change; the education and the working years are significantly related to the organizational commitment. 2.The identification commitment, making-effort commitment, and remaining commitment are significantly affected by the cognition of participation communication. 3.The identification commitment, making-effort commitment, and remaining commitment are significantly affected by the interpersonal relationship stress.
