In the category of “society background”, it was found that there are obvious differences on the subject of “the volume of books in house” and “mathematics supplements”. In the category of “teacing quality”, it was indicated that there are obvious differences on the subject of “science education major” and “seminar information & mathematics course integration”. In the category of “student characteristics” (with six subjects), it was found that there are obvious differences in the correlation; the arithmetic average of mathematics learning achievements Taiwanese students got is less than the five European countries shown in five grouping variables. In the category of “classroom context” (with nine subjects), it was discovered that there are obvious differences in the correlation; the arithmetic average of mathematics learning achievements Taiwanese students got is less than the five European countries shown in six grouping variables. The results of the study prove the model of influencing learning achievements and the theoretical model of integration, which are corresponding to the literatures of mathematics learning achievements related.
