Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 教育政策與領導研究所碩士在職專班 === 96 === According to the topic of this study, there are four main purposes on this research: 1.to investigate the present situation on the role stress and job stress of Junior High School teachers in Taipei County; 2. to understand the differences between the role stress and job stress of Junior High School teachers in Taipei County on different personal background variables and school environment variables; 3. to analyze the relation between the role stress and job stress of Junior High School Teachers in Taipei County; 4. to propose specific suggestion for teachers to help improve and adapt themselves to the job stress After related literature reviewing , a questionnaire was undertaken and data analyzed. Finally , some conclusions are presented as follows: 1. Female teachers’ role stress and job stress on negative reaction are higher than male teachers’. 2. Teachers in large junior high school with over 63 classes have higher role stress and job stress on negative reaction than those in small junior high school with class number between 45 and 62. 3. Role stress and job stress on positive reaction are positively correlated. 4. Role stress and job stress on negative reaction are positively correlated. 5. The job stress on positive reaction on teachers graduated from university is more significant than that on those from teachers college . 6. The job stress on negative reaction on the 31 to 40-year-old teachers of junior high schools is more significant than that on the 41 to 50-year-old teachers.
