The aim of the study is to research Information Technology Teachers’ willingness of retaining . The study uses Alderfer’s ERG theory to exam the key factor of Information Technology Teacher’s willingness of retaining . And next , to analyze that is there any difference on different background variables in Alderfer’s ERG theory . Finally , to analyze that is there any difference on different background variables of Information Technology Teachers’ willingness of retaining ? The sample size is 308 . Mail survey is used to collect data . SPSS software is used to analyze the data collected . The key finding of this study are : (1)There is low relationship between Existence Needs and teachers’ willingness of retaining ; middle relationship between Relatedness Needs and teachers’ willingness of retaining ; and middle relationship between Growth Needs and teachers’ willingness of retaining . (2)There is no significant difference on background variables. Just significant difference on the rank. (3)There is no significant difference on different background of Information Technology Teachers’ willingness of retaining. Finally , two suggestions are recommended : (1)The Information Technology Teacher should have good identification promoting willingness and communication ability. (2)The school should provide proper environment and teachers’ willingness of retaining will increase.
