However, enterprises face on how to comply with these laws and to promote their competitive advantages to achieve win-win situation. At present, only planning the cost of positive logistics in the supply chain has been unable to meet the current situation, and we must take into consideration about the cost of reverse logistics to be added in the supply chain, and integrating them into the green supply chain. In this study, we establish a green supply chain model by the mathematical programming method, and use it to minimize the total costs. The costs include procurement costs, manufacturing costs, transportation costs, inventory costs, as well as the cost of waste disposal. The simulated situations under the different costs structure are analyzed. Based on the findings of the analysis, when the ratio of utilization is over high in any costs structure, it would lead to the extra production (i.e., more than the demands of retailers), and the increase in the total costs of the green supply chain. Under the exact satisfaction for the total demands, when the utilization of facility increases and the unit handling cost and the unit manufacturing cost are positively correlated, the manufacturing costs and the handling costs will also increase. This leads to the increase in the total costs of the green supply chain. On the other hand, when the utilization of facility increases and the unit handling cost and the unit manufacturing cost are negatively correlated, the manufacturing costs and handling costs will decrease. As a result, the total costs of the green supply chain go down. With the assistance of the decisions from the optimal solution of the developed model, the managers can run and control the overall green supply chain more effectively. In the analysis, the various costs in both positive and reverse logistics of the green supply chain are considered in detail so that the fitted utilization rate for each production line can be found. Thus, the total costs of the green supply chain can be minimized. 陳明德 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW
