For example, Analog Computer, DC instrument amplifier, Active Amplifier, etc. Therefore, the current source of operation amplifier is very important. The Hspice simulation software is applied to this thesis. Besides, the layout and verification are completed by Laker and Calibre. In addition, most of cells are the complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) in the circuit design. The processes used TSMC 0.35 micron technology provided by CIC to design Op amp. Compared the basic current mirror and advanced current mirror for OP Amp concluded the best current source. After that, analyzed several cases of resistor location, the best situation is obtained.
