碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 97 === In order to coordinate national policy, public-owned enterprise often makes decisions which are not really advantaged to enterprise. It often caused the reduction of earnings and loss. Under the related permission of laws, the public-owned enterprise allowed to have multi-management to increase income, arrange better and suitable position for staffs and improve earnings due to their outstanding manpower and rich resources. This research is to discuss the public-owned enterprise-The Taiwan Power Company’s new plan on multi-management in its development on new career by using the method of multi-criterion with 「benefit」 ,「opportunity」,「cost」and「risk」 to do the appraisal. Production of questionnaire survey staffs of The Taiwan Power Company & the decision maker of the enterprise management by the calculation of various criteria under the Analytic Hierarchy Process method (AHP) to obtain the analysis of comparison from the 「plan of educational leisure business」to earn the highest score and the best plan of multiple business as a reference for the decision maker of Taipower. Since the idea of 「Energy conservation & reduce of carbon dioxide」becomes the global trend, impel service of energy become one of the future important strategies in our country. Taiwan Power Company is the energy provider and through the energy service to help user efficiently conserve the energy & promote efficiency of energy. This will not only help the reduction of dependence on energy & the effect on the quality of environment, it may also coordinate the needs of economic development to enhance knowledgeable industry service. This is the necessity of future section on multi-business, future study will still processed.
