| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士班 === 97 === The purpose of this study is maimed to explore Taiwan businessmen to overseas investments on the investment environment factors and variables, such as crisis management on the case differences. Analysis of the differences between the two countries and the risk of investment environment should be noted; therefore, I finished the related supplementary documents and to verify the theory and practice.
In the preparation of the questionnaires to the China and Vietnam for the total 150 Taiwanese who are the subjects to conduct the questionnaire survey. We were received 72 valid questionnaires. Then, use the statistics software SPSS 12.0 for Windows, will investigate the importation of the entire data management, to describe the statistics, independent samples T-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis and other statistical methods to conduct data analysis and processing.
Finally, to make recommendations for Taiwan businessmen who want to go to China and Vietnam investment in the future reference. I hope Taiwan businessmen before investing can collect more information to assess the more cumulative experiences, and then investors to invest overseas that will be increased its success rate and adaptation.
