This study used multi research structures. Its predictable variables included personal attributes, job characteristics and evaluation system; the objective variable was job stress. The subjects in this study mainly included elementary school teachers in Changhua Couty. The data were collected through questionnaires. Total 500 questionnaires were sent, and 435 copies were retrieved. In this questionnaire, subjects were requested to answer following questions: personal information, personal attributes, job characteristics, evaluation system and job stress scale. The data were analyzed by T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and Stepwise Regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicated that partial distinguished difference caused by personal background difference would reveal on these four variables: personal attributes, job characteristics, evaluation system and working stress. Besides, there was a distinguished negative correlation among personal attributes, job characteristics and working stress. Furthermore, the highest correlation happened between personal attributes and job characteristics. The results also revealed that personality attributes has a high predictability on working stress.
