The textile and clothing companies in Taiwan involved in global partnership in their early stages, and serve as OEM companies for Western brand. To earn the contracts, they have to achieve international manufacturing standards and fit CSR requirements. However, the cost/benefit is seldom taken into consideration. To further understand CSR in Taiwan textile and clothing industry, the present study is to investigate the implementation of CSR and its antecedents.
