碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 公共事務管理學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of national elementary school’s General Affairs Directors (GADs). Literature review and survey were conducted for this study. The study adapted self-edited “Questionnaire about the job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of national elementary school’s GADs ”. This study used the general survey method to select 120 GADs to answer the questionnaire for data collecting. And 107 questionnaires were returned. The data was analyzed by the methods of descriptive and inferential statistics, including mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and multi-regression method.
