Based on the questionnaires collected from managers and employees, This study obtained 232 validly dyadic samples from service industry, and the response rate is 77.33%. The results indicates that transactional leadership (TSL) and transformational leadership (TFL) both have significantly positive effects on SOCB; SOAM and IOAM both significantly moderate the relationship of leadership and SOCB.
